The Kids Program focuses on functional, full body movements to improve strength, coordination, balance, agility, flexibility and endurance.  Building a strong foundation with body weight movements first and then gradually progressing to using weights with proper technique.

Let's have fun while improving fitness, coordination and self confidence. Using movements like running, jumping, skipping and of course burpees! - the Kids Program is for anyone who is willing to come out, work hard and have fun.

TEAM TRAINING

Sweat to Success

Designed to improve strength, coordination, and endurance. Creating better warm up habits for your group and stronger movement patterns will help take your team's conditioning to the next level. Book several sessions for Team Training or book one for Team Building during the holidays or end of season activity.

SUMMER CAMP FOR TEENS

Group training for ages 12 and up

​Join us at Crossfit Colosseum and learn to move and train safely to improve your fitness.

  • Camp days are from 9:30-12:30

  • Daily warm ups, workouts, skill practice and mobility

  • Kids learn to program their own workouts

  • Build new skills, confidence and strength​

What to bring:

Water bottle, athletic clothing, snacks, sunscreen and hat 

ADULT TRAINING:  MOVEMENT & MOBILITY

Location:  35 Thorncrest Rd. (Thorncrest Clubhouse)

Please join me for a body weight and mobility focused training program. This 45-60 minute program is low impact and open to all levels.

Tuesdays February 4, 11, 18 & 25 at 9:30

Thorncrest Clubhouse members: $10
