When I discovered CrossFit it helped me find strength, both inside and outside the gym. CrossFit inspired me to study movement by earning certifications and coaching clients. Over the past 7 years, not only have I coached people of all ages and abilities but I have learned from each and every one of them.
I thoroughly enjoy the learning process and as I continue to develop as a fitness coach, my goal is to offer guidance, help people feel strong, build confidence and improve their quality of life.
