Small group training for ages 12 and up (10 kids max)

​Join us at Crossfit Colosseum and learn to move and train safely to improve your fitness.

  • Week 1 - July 8 to 12 $250 / Week 2 - July 15 to 19 $250

  • Camp days are from 9:30-12:30

  • Daily warm ups, workouts, skill practice and mobility

  • Kids learn to program their own workouts

  • Build new skills, confidence and strength​

What to bring:

Water bottle, athletic clothing, snacks, sunscreen and hat (for possible days at the John Redmond track)
